π Project Overview
The Haystead Forge will undergo a full operational reset and systems upgrade in preparation for the upcoming build and research year. This two-day initiative focuses on restoring peak efficiency, improving workflow structure, and enhancing infrastructure reliability within the lab.
This is an internal operational project designed to ensure Forge readiness for all 2026 Haystead engineering, monitoring, robotics, and biodome development programs.

Complete full tool and hardware inventory
Reorganize fabrication zones for workflow efficiency
Deep clean all benches, storage systems, and equipment areas
Inspect and service soldering, welding, and dive-integrated systems
Upgrade electrical routing and cable management
Improve storage solutions and accessibility
Evaluate and retire outdated materials
Optimize workspace layout for rapid prototyping

Redesign fabrication zones (electronics, welding, robotics, dive systems)
Install upgraded storage configurations
